Fat levels can be measured by pinching the waistline with your fingers.
Method: Pinch a part of your abdomen next to the bellybutton.

The study was conducted with 82 moderately obese participants for 8 weeks.
The participants underwent a supervised diet program of 2000Kcal per day and 30 minutes of mild exercise regimen 5 days per week.
