History

• 1998: “Health Generation, LLC” was established by Dr. Kevin Kim and Dr. Steven Johnson.Developed and manufactured many non-prescription medicines, health aids, and health/skin care products.
• 2001: The company has been changed from LLC to INC. The business was named “Fresh & Alternative, Inc.” Dr. Kevin Kim became the president of the business.
• 2009: Departmentalized the company into three separate businesses, considering growth of the company and the specificity of each field.

Humex, Inc.: Research, develop, marketing, import and export health care products, skin care products, and medical/skin care equipments.
Medisy, Inc.: Global Medical Management Corporation. Established in 2009.
Management and consultation of medical clinics..
Provide medical devices, equipments, and supplies.
