Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the products, or if there are any defects or issues, returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition and include the order number.

• A return or exchange must be pre-approved by Humex Inc.

• You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Used items may be eligible for store credit only.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds issued.

• All education/training fees are non-refundable, even if equipment was purchased.

• All returned products must be in saleable condition.

• If the return is due to a skin irritation, a doctor’s note must be included.
